Bishop golfers earn third place finish at Louisburg

Louisburg, NC - The Battling Bishop golf squad continued play on Thursday when Wesleyan traveled to Louisburg College for their second fall scrimmage of the season.  Among a solid field of six teams, Wesleyan continued to show improvement with a team score of 322 and a third place finish.  The tournament was played at Bull Creek Golf Course, a difficult 6,367-yard course in Louisburg.

Freshman Dylan Bedy paced the Bishops with a team-low round of 78 (+6).  The low team score for the tournament was 312, just 10 better than that of Wesleyan's.
