Bishop volleyball drops 3-0 contest at Randolph-Macon

Ashland, VA - North Carolina Wesleyan's volleyball squad saw its five-game winning streak come to an end at the hands of Randolph-Macon on Wednesday night, falling to the host Yellow Jackets in a 3-0 sweep. Set scores were 25-21, 25-13, and 25-23. Brittany Insley paced the Battling Bishops with seven kills and four blocks, while Mackenzie Tingle and Kelly George recorded 12 assists and 12 digs, respectively.

The Bishops (7-7) return to action on Friday when they travel to Averett University. Wesleyan will take on Ferrum College at 6:00 p.m. and the host Cougars at 8:00 p.m.
