Caitlin George enters her second season as an assistant coach with the North Carolina Wesleyan volleyball program. As a collegiate player, George was a four-year letterwinner and team captain for the Battling Bishops from 2004-2007. Last season, she made the transition to the sidelines and was instrumental in Wesleyan's record-setting 26-8 season.

A native of Derwood, MD, George was named Most Valuable Player of Wesleyan’s 2007 squad and currently holds the program’s career record for assists with 3,927. She also managed to turn in three of the top four totals for assists in a season, including a record 1,290 as a senior.

George completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology in the spring of 2007. Her sister, Kelly, is a currently a junior on this year's squad.
