Program Overview

Philosophy:  The NC Wesleyan cross country program constantly strives for success. We are looking for the serious student-athlete who is willing to dedicate herself to our mission of competing at the highest level. Individuals must be those who take pride in themselves and most importantly in their team.

Schedule:  We run a five-meet schedule in the fall that culminates with the USA South Conference Championship Meet in October.  The USA South Conference is a strong Division III conference and contains NC Wesleyan, Methodist, Christopher Newport, Greensboro, Ferrum, Peace, Shenandoah, and Averett.
