This season, the Bishops will begin play on the brand new Ford’s Colony Golf Course located directly behind campus in Rocky Mount.  The course will challenge the serious golfer, but also be a course for all to enjoy.  Upon its final completion, the golf course will be one of the finest in North Carolina; from its immaculate driving and practice range to its 13,000 square foot club house and restaurant facilities.

The course has five sets of tees on each hole, playing 7,095 yards from the back tees and 4,900 yards from the front tees. The 18th fairway runs along a beautiful 80-acre Lake, while two man-made ponds heighten the challenge.

Having created three exceptional courses in Williamsburg, VA, Keowee Key, SC and Connestee Falls, SC, Ford's Colony is highly acquainted with the nuances of golf course architecture. The Rocky Mount course extends this tradition of excellence, providing Bishop golfers the opportunity to take their games to a higher level.
