Major Declaration:

To formally declare a major at North Carolina Wesleyan College, all students must complete the Major/Minor Declaration form which can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office.  In order for the request to be processed, all pertinent information must be completed:

• Student name
• Student number
• Local/campus address
• First major
• Second major (if applicable)
• Minor (if applicable)
• Current academic advisor’s signature

Upon completion, the form should be submitted to the Registrar’s office.  Once processed, the student will receive a copy of the form in the mail which will list the new major and new advisor (if applicable).
