Bonorden scores hat trick, leads Bishop women to 10-0 win

Staunton, VA - Freshman Aubrey Bonorden (pictured) scored her first three collegiate goals on Saturday, leading her North Carolina Wesleyan women's soccer team to a 10-0 win on the road at Mary Baldwin.  Bonorden's hat trick is the second for a Bishop freshman thusfar this season. 

Also contributing to the offensive explosion were Mayra Gomez, Reva McCloud, and Meredith Hester who had two scores apiece.  Tori Tenner notched the remaining Bishop goal. 

Freshman goalie Sarah Hess recorded her first collegiate shutout and win as Wesleyan moves to 2-2-1 on the season.

The Bishops wrap up their weekend road trip on Sunday at Trinity.  Game time is slated for noon.
