CLASSICS
Soul warming, stick-to-your ribs cooking such as macaroni and cheese, lasagna and grilled pork chops served with a creative and gourmet flair. In the morning, enjoy a hot breakfast buffet before class.

The Grill
Enjoy all the classic grill favorites such as delicious burgers, and fries.

THE DELI
Specialty sandwiches are made-to-order with an assortment of breads and toppings.

PIZZA
Featuring an assortment of traditional and gourmet pizza toppings fresh from the oven.

SOUP & SALAD
Our salad bar is hearty enough to make it a meal with an assortment of crisp greens, crunchy vegetables, seasonal fresh fruit, savory dressings and soup du jour.

Lunch	11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner - Monday - Thursday	5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday	5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p. m.
Saturday – Sunday
Brunch Dinner	10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

GRILL

The Grill is located in the Hardees Student Union and features all your favorites such as Burgers, Salads, and fries, with all your tasty chicken favorites such as sandwiches, wings and tenders.

The Grill also has a convenience area with bottled beverages, fresh made pre-packaged salads and sandwiches, and quick snack foods . The grill is open late night to satisfy your cravings.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday – Friday	9:45 to 11:15am 1:45 to 4:45pm .
Sunday - Thursday	8:00pm to 11:00pm
Friday and Saturday	8:00pm to 12:00 midnight.

Students may use the exchange meals, declining balance and cash during these hours of operation.
