Group Fitness & Wellness Classes. We currently feature
Low Impact Aerobics and Body Step/Abs Classes with a weekly yoga
class coming in the near future. All classes are taught by nationally certified
instructors. To participate you need only show up at
the designated time. Spaces are limited so make sure you come early
