The effects of rape on young females and what police do about it.
Abstract
This paper will discuss Types of Rapes, Attitudes about rapes, Who Rapes, Attitudes toward Victims, Human Communication Research, Is Rape Biological, and What Police are doing about the rapes that happen to young females Sex Roles A Journal of Research Flash backs It will also answer the question of why is the male species natural born sexual predators And I will also show examples of what happens to a child after they have been raped.
Introduction
The aim of study is to look at the emotional effects on someone that has been raped, then we will take a look at what happens to a child after they have been raped, and why the attacker seems to get off much easier then what is fair. We will also look as research studies conducted on movies and rape. And why the male species and do the things that they do to their female victims. We will also take a look at why the police don't do much about rape as they should. And why with them being police officers they don't want to do anything about someone being attacked in that form of manner. The framework used in this study will try to outline all the facts, emotional views, and concerns that are associated with such effects. This paper will also answer two questions: Why is the victim also the one that seems to be on trial? and also Why does it seem that the punishment for rape is not as good as it should be?

The major purpose for this study was to assess the effects of various perceptions of rape victims. It is not clear as to were in the cases the perceptions of the probability of victim enjoyment, tend to be based on factors in the final decision-making (Lafree et al., 1985: Sanders, 1980). It has been said that there are a number of ways to further the research and extend it to the present, and directly stimulate an actual criminal trial. The sexual history information group could possible help clarify assessment of the inadmissible/admissible sexual history information. This study could also show the effects of inadmissible victim sexual information on judgments of the defendant (appropriate sentencing, etc) it could be assessed.

This is how the different observers feel how each sex should be sentenced. It lets you know that the men are harder on the women than the men and vise versa. The women feel the men are to be locked up forever. This is a good way to show you how some of the attackers may be sentenced depending on who is on the jury and how the feel the degree of the crime is.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
There are many theories that suggest that females are raped because of what they have on if told by Randy Thornhill, and Craig Palmer who says it is a part of man’s manhood to rape women. Thornhill and Palmer say, “that rape is natural and biological production of man’s evolutionary need to reproduce.” Thornhill and Palmer did their observation by watching the male scorpion fly, based on their observation that the male species will rape whenever their capacity to reproduce is questioned and that every man is a potential rapist. You can believe those theories if you like, but in the long run you will be sentenced in America for rape. When you engage in sexual intercourse with someone against their will (forcing and penetration needed), then you have just committed a crime.
According to the degree of rape, the criminal will be charged accordingly, but in most cases the victim is the one that is treated like the criminal. Like they did something wrong in order to get raped, or that they deserved to get raped by a man.
Children who have been molested tend to be distant as they grow older, and sometimes they end up the same way if it was a male child, and female children could sometimes end up resenting the male species or end up being the “problem child”. There is no law to go with the theory made be Thornhill and Palmer .
Rape is serious matter and people/police should deal with as though it really is. It is not for anyone to judge the situation, but try and find a way to deal with it in a reasonable way. The issue will not be a good one to deal with but it is better to deal with it in the present rather than waiting for the anger to build up, and in that case the victim will become the criminal. Rape victims never fully recover from rape and always hold a grudge against their invader. Police need to start taking rape very seriously and when a criminal gets away with rape and gets no time, just think if it were your son or daughter that was the victim. What would they do then?
