The Resident Directors
The Resident Directors are professional live-in staff members
that are responsible for managing the educational, social, and administrative
aspects of each residence hall. They supervise the
paraprofessional staff, advise the Hall Council, and work with residents to
develop a positive living-learning environment in the residence halls. Resident
Directors handle disciplinary situations and work with students to create
programs that serve the needs of residents.
Resident Advisor
Resident Advisors (RAs) are carefully selected full-time
students who live and work directly with students on each floor. They help students with the
adjustment to college life, plan events, mediate roommate concerns, and keep
students informed about campus policies and events. RAs are on duty in each hall
every night.
